Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
Arch-Core Lab ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our marketing websites (collectively, the "Websites") or use our software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and related applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Websites or Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Websites or Services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide, improve, and personalize our Websites and Services. The types of information we collect depend on how you interact with us:
- Analytics and Usage Data (from Websites and Services): We automatically collect data about your device and interactions, including IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address (such as country, region, and city), browser type and language, operating system, device type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, referral sources, marketing campaign parameters (such as UTM tags), and usage patterns. This helps us analyze trends, attribute interest to our campaigns, and optimize performance.
- Personal Information (PII) from Signups: When you create an account via email signup, you provide your email address and name. For OAuth signups using Microsoft or Google, we receive your email address and name upon your consent during the OAuth process. We do not collect passwords or other sensitive authentication details. For more information on how Microsoft and Google handle your data during OAuth, please refer to Microsoft's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
- Customer Service Interactions: When you contact our customer service team, we may collect information about your inquiries, including your name, email address, and the content of your communications.
- Cloud Storage Integrations: To enable collaboration on projects, our Services integrate with third-party cloud storage providers like Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive. When you sign in to these services through our apps, you authorize us to access and store project-related data on your behalf. We do not collect or store this data ourselves; it is handled directly by the third-party providers under their own privacy policies and your agreements with them. For details, see Microsoft's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
- App Performance Data: To deliver the best services and monitor app performance, we collect IP addresses and anonymized usage information, such as feature interactions, session duration, and error logs.
- Payment Information: We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all payments for our Services. When you make a payment, you provide financial information (such as credit card numbers or bank details) directly to Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to this financial information. We may receive limited transaction details (e.g., payment confirmation, amount, and date) to manage your account and provide Services. For more information on how Stripe processes your data, please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Enterprise Billing Information: For enterprise customers only, we collect and store billing details including company name, address, and contact person information (e.g., name and title). Company name and address are treated as business information, but contact person details may qualify as personal information under applicable laws and are subject to the rights described in Section 5. This information is used solely for business purposes and is not shared beyond necessary service providers.
- Enterprise Team Member Information: For enterprise customers, primary contacts may provide team member details, such as work email addresses and names, to distribute product licenses and invite users. This data is treated as personal information under applicable laws and is subject to the rights described in Section 5. We use it solely for facilitating access, invitations, and service provision. Enterprise customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with privacy laws when providing team member data, including obtaining necessary consents and notifying employees, as outlined in the applicable service agreement.
- Waitlist and Launch-Update Sign-ups: When you join a product waitlist or "stay informed" list without creating an account, we collect the email address you provide so that we can notify you about product launches and related news. At the time of sign-up we may also record the approximate location, device/browser type, and referral or marketing campaign parameters described above (we do not store your raw IP address on these records). We send these communications based on your consent, and every such email includes a link to unsubscribe at any time.
- Marketing and Communication Preferences: We may collect information about your preferences for receiving marketing communications from us, including your consent choices and subscription settings.
- Other Information: We may collect other information you provide to us voluntarily, such as feedback, survey responses, or other communications.
We do not collect sensitive personal information (e.g., racial or ethnic origin, health data) unless explicitly required for a Service feature and with your consent. We minimize data collection to what is necessary.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To operate, maintain, and improve our Websites and Services, including personalization and troubleshooting.
- To facilitate account creation, authentication, collaboration features via integrations, and enterprise license distribution.
- To process payments and manage billing through Stripe or for enterprise invoicing.
- To analyze usage patterns for performance tracking and enhancements.
- To communicate with you, such as responding to inquiries or sending service updates.
- To send product launch announcements, news, and other marketing communications to people who have opted in (for example, by joining a waitlist). You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in each email, and we honor opt-out requests promptly.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or protect our rights.
We process data based on your consent (e.g., during signup or integrations), our legitimate interests (e.g., analytics), or contractual necessity (e.g., providing Services).
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data as follows:
- Service Providers: With trusted third parties who assist us (e.g., hosting, analytics, OAuth providers like Microsoft and Google, payment processors like Stripe, and accounting services for enterprise billing). They are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for specified purposes.
- Cloud Storage Providers: Data shared with Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive is governed by your agreements with those providers. We act as a conduit and do not control their data practices.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests, such as subpoenas or court orders.
- Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, subject to confidentiality.
4. Data Security and Retention
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encryption, access controls) to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your data is stored and processed in the United States.
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described (e.g., usage data for up to 2 years for analytics; account data until deletion request; enterprise billing data for up to 7 years for tax and contractual compliance). Upon request or account closure, we delete or anonymize data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
In the event of a data breach affecting personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by law (e.g., within 72 hours where applicable).
5. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable laws, including:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Opt out of data sharing or targeted advertising (if applicable).
- Restrict processing or object to certain uses.
- Withdraw consent (though this may limit Service access).
To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@archcorelab.com or use the "delete account" button in your account management site. We verify requests through secure methods, such as email confirmation or account authentication, to protect your information. We respond to requests within 45 days (extendable where permitted), with deletions processed within 30 days of acknowledgment of the request. In order to comply with record-keeping requirements, deletions may be partial: we anonymize personal details (e.g., personal names and email addresses) while retaining anonymized billing records (e.g., company data for tax purposes) as required by contracts or law.
For California residents under CCPA/CPRA, we provide opt-out links and do not sell data. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. If we learn of such collection, we will delete it.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Websites and Services may link to third-party sites or integrate with services like OAuth providers. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies before providing any information.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tools for analytics and functionality. You can manage preferences via browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for details.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. For material changes, we may notify you via email or in-app notices. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
