Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
ARCH-CORE LAB, LLC ("Arch-Core Lab," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information when you visit the Arch-Core Lab website at archcorelab.com (the "Website"), join a waitlist or mailing list through it, or contact us.
Our products have their own privacy policies. If you use one of our software products, that product's privacy policy explains how we handle the information you provide through it — for example, the Linimo Privacy Policy. Where this policy and a product's policy differ about that product, the product's policy applies.
1. Information We Collect
- Website usage information: When you visit the Website, we and our analytics providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, approximate location derived from it (country, region and city), browser type and language, operating system, device type, pages viewed, time on page, the site that referred you, and marketing campaign parameters (such as UTM tags).
- Waitlist and mailing-list sign-ups: When you join a product waitlist or a "stay informed" list, we collect your email address and the products you're interested in. At sign-up we also record your approximate location, device and browser type, browser language and time zone, and how you found us (referring page and campaign tags). We do not store your raw IP address with these records.
- Messages you send us: When you contact us, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, secure and improve the Website.
- To understand how visitors find and use the Website, and which campaigns interest them.
- To send product launch announcements and related news to people who asked for them. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only:
- With service providers who host the Website, deliver email and provide analytics for us. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- For legal reasons, such as to comply with law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our users, the public or Arch-Core Lab.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
4. Retention and Security
We keep Website usage information for up to 24 months. We keep waitlist and mailing-list records until you unsubscribe or, for a product waitlist, until 12 months after that product launches, whichever is sooner; we keep a record that you unsubscribed so we don't email you again. We keep messages you send us as long as needed to respond and for our records.
We use reasonable safeguards, such as encryption and access controls, to protect information. No website is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. Information is stored and processed in the United States.
5. Your Choices
- Unsubscribe from launch and news emails at any time using the link in any email.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for details. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
- Access or deletion: you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing privacy@archcorelab.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires.
6. Children
The Website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
7. Third-Party Links
The Website may link to other websites and services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will give additional notice, such as on the Website or by email.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Cook County, Illinois.
